Technicians Mikel P. and Kevin R. are very professional, courteous, work fast and accurate, and leave the work area clean. I also recommend the Jome Guard service which provides valuable benefits.

Lack of detail in the estimate created a gap between expectations and service delivery. Customer service fail. Unresponsive and disrespectful. Overcharged for amount of work done.

We provided you with a detailed estimate that you reviewed and signed before we began the job. Additionally, after completing the work, we received your approval and signature, we did not hear from you until several days later. We delivered on our agreement and charged significantly less than the typical cost for replacing a stack pipe. It is unfortunate that you are not satisfied with our service.
