"Hi Tech was one of 3 companies which gave estimates for our window, siding, door and steps project. We highly recommend Hi Tech. First of all, the company owner, Bill Chase, took the time to understand what was important to us. He gave us options, not only based on price but also on performance, durability and aesthetics. We appreciated his very sound advice and did not feel pressured to sign a fast contract. In fact, he recommended that we have at least 3 estimates. Bill is a man of integrity. The work crew was skilled, polite and efficient. The Project Manager checked in every day to make sure the work was moving along and that we were happy. And after the project, The Project Manager was very responsive to our calls about anything that needed to be tweaked or adjusted. We also asked for some additional work that was not listed in the main project quote and he provided us with a quote followed by timely installation.
