"I found Phil via HomeAdvisor and requested a quote for a project we had. Within minutes of requesting a quote, Phil called me and set up an in-person consult! We had an interesting situation where the previous owners built a 'patio' that was out of code and needed immediate removal. Phil worked hard to get us an extremely reasonable price for removal and an exceptional price for building a composite deck from scratch. My husband and I greatly appreciated how he could give us a quote on the spot and allow us to play around with the number for each square foot to create the perfect deck for our needs. He is beyond responsive and patient. He worked quickly to have permits and HOA documents ready to us much faster than anticipated! We cannot say enough great things about Phil and his Crew! Removal was smooth and well thought out. The man working the excavator was very sweet and allowed my little one to get up close to the equipment before starting, often times waving to him in the window while he worked! The crew who built the deck are true craftsmen! Jeremiah takes great pride in his work and it shows. They worked tirelessly to ensure every measurement was perfect and that the end product was exactly what we were looking for. They were courteous to us, our property, our dog, and my family. Again, my little one was intent on watching all the fun through the window. They took the time to stop, smile and wave to him any chance they could! Warmed my heart and made him happy. At the end of the day, our expectations were exceeded. The deck is stunning beyond belief. We have enjoyed it multiple nights in a row, taking in its beautiful details. It has really brought our home together and without a doubt it will become our favorite portion of the home to enjoy. We are thankful to Phil and his crew for taking a aggravating situation and helping us turn it into beautiful enjoyment. 10/10 would (and will) recommend to anyone looking! "I hired 7th State Builders to replace rotten wood on our front porch and paint it, repair, rescreen and paint our back porch, paint an upstairs bedroom, rip out tile and redo our master shower and perform several little miscellaneous indoor repairs. They did a great job! They were polite, prompt, attentive and addressed any concerns when I had one. I would definitely use 7th State Builders again."

"D&R Improvements did a beautiful job on my bathrooms. David, the owner, was quick to give me an estimate and always responded to my e-mails the same day I sent them, even if it was on a weekend. He scheduled the tile installlation on a Friday and had a plumber come out on a Sunday to reinstall the toilets so that we wouldn't have to spend any extra time without them. Everyone who did work on the house was very professional and nice. They even worked with my three child gates rather than make me take them down. All of this at a very reasonable price. I love my remodeled bathrooms and I highly recommend D&R Improvements!"
