Ahmed came within a few hours only to find that we had ice around the unit so he couldnâ t properly diagnose the problem till the next day after which he returned & changed out some filters, topped off our fuel tank & very thoroughly tested both outgoing & returning air temps. We didnâ t know how serious was the problem but Ahmed thoroughly explained what triggered the problem, what was & wasnâ t the cause, & what the fix was going to be. Our AC was up & running by the end of his shift."
