"We met with a few companies regarding our kitchen project before we ended up choosing Shai with Cal Green Remodeling. We picked him because of the knowledge he had and confidence he gaves us. He provided us with great ideas and a detailed estimate and timeline of what we could expect. His price was not very different than the others, however, his presentation was. Some of the other companies missed the mark on the details, which for us was very important considering this project was not cheap. Shai, had an answer to all of our questions and he offered us realistic expectations. Upon completion of our kitchen, we must say, we are super pleased with the results. We especially love the new island we added. Everything came out well and clean. The workers were efficient and kept the area clean during the renovation process. Shai was also readily available if we had any questions. I only wished we have used him for our bathroom remodeling project last year. Iâ m sure we will be using them again in the future!"

"We got a master suite addition into our backyard from Lecut and Edgar was the foreman. Once we got the permits the work started. The entire process from start to finish was pretty efficient. If we didn't like how something was done and wanted something to be re-done, touched up, etc the workers were always accommodating which makes us very happy. Michael kept us updated on what was going on so we were kept in the loop. The workers wore masks and did Covid-precautions"

"Had him rebuild an old patio cover in my yard. All we kept were the posts and two beams. Replaced all else. Came out very nice. Couple months later had him do some porch railing and window sill repairs on a rental house my mother owns. Nice work, very fair price. Will definitely use him again."

"I set off to find a solid contractor who had great reviews and was relatively affordable. I probably looked at over 15 contractors before finding Gili! He stopped by our new place, gave us helpful insight while he looked around, and quickly emailed us a thorough quote with a breakdown of the cost for material and labor. He was the ONLY contractor we met with who bothered to explain all the costs with detail (which were very reasonable). Clever Design and Builds crew got to work quickly, arrived on time every day they were scheduled to work, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They did a complete kitchen remodel, knocked down a wall to open up our living space, and installed gorgeous laminate floors that resembled exactly the kind of hardwood I would have wanted to have but at a more affordable price. They also put down tile and we could not be more thrilled with the results! Roy was our foreman and his team did an absolutely amazing job, the final result is beautiful! Not only was Gili and the entire team absolutely professional and produced stunning results, but they were able to complete the job quickly and adjust any issues that came up so we could get the exact vision we were hoping for! All in all, we could not be happier with Gili, Roy, or their work and we are so glad we decided to go with them! We absolutely will use them in the future for any other projects we have."
