"Performed the work professionally and as agreed upon. They remodeled my kitchen and 3 bathrooms (including my master bedroom and dining room). We added a 500 square foot room addition to expand the master bedroom and master bathroom. Vertex provided us with a great architect and engineer that created a beautiful and functional floor plan. They cleaned up after each work day and did an excellent job on my home remodel. They came in at budget as well. "Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."
