He came to our home to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing quite right, made some small adjustments in the tank and, once he was done, said to consider his visit as if he were stopping by to provide an estimate (no charge) since the work was so minimal. He was very responsive (same day), very thorough in diagnosing the issue we had with our non-working AC system, and extremely knowledgable about what we needed to do to get AC back in the house. We ended up needing a new AC unit and Aaron went over a number of options with us, was very transparent and only wanted to do what was best for our needs. Seriously, when trying to find someone you can trust in a situation where you are faced with the unexpected costs of replacing your AC in the middle of the hot summer - Aaron is that someone! "Woke up to a clogged kitchen sink that was continuing to slowly rise with water. Saw positive reviews for Dr Drains that caught my attention on NextDoor. I . Spoke with Erica on the phone who was friendly and indicated that she could send Cody my way within the next hour and got me added to the schedule right away .. He arrived within that time period and was friendly and professional with his introduction. He discussed possible options, cost, and the pros and cons. Once I picked what I wanted, he got right to it and figured out the issue and then stepped me through the work he did and tested the drain several times while we were talking to ensure the drain was fully open. I also was made aware that I was over due on a water heater flush so I elected to have that flushed at the same time as well.. Cody and team made the situation much easier to work through. The drain is open, everyone was friendly and they were prompt . Iâ ll for sure be adding the contact info for Dr. Drains to my address book the next time a plumping issue comes up."

"Steve and Chris came in and replaced our water heater as they had promised. They were clean and diligent in getting the job done. The price was as quoted except they added the price of a water pressure valve that they found we needed. We did not get any other quotes so have no way of knowing if the price was fair. They even did a couple of other small, complimentary plumbing repairs."
