"Due to allergies that have been progressively getting worse my doctor prescribed singulair early this past summer. Unbeknownst to me, a big part of the problem was the air quality in my own home. I happened to need help with my pilot light last week and realized that I was breathing in some nasty stuff due to the condition of my still running circa 1978 heater. Needless to say I made the decision my health was worth the investment of a new HVAC system (and I wanted EVERYTHING replaced). I now have a MERV 11 filter, UV light and new duct work, everything.
