"I had the pleasure of meeting Scott to get a quote for a garage door. He was very knowledgeable about what he was going to accomplish and what needed to be done.  He explained that things are on back order and that it could take 6 weeks till delivery. On the day of the install on my old garage Scott was confronted with an army of carpenter ants. (I had the exterminator out 2 times already.) Scott didn't back down with this unexpected issue. He went above and beyond to help with this situation. Scott did a great job. The install is great and the door works perfectly. He was very through and cleaned up the job site before leaving. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.Â"

"The installers were very professional, and polite. They cleaned up after completing work done. Although it is to soon to know if the installation was done completely, it does appear the installation was done per Koalaâ s original proposal, and we were billed as they quoted. The only possible disappointment may not surface at all, but the plugs used to seal the 2â holes were only pressed into the holes by hand. I am concerned they may fall out in time. Overall pleased and would recommend Koala."
