"I am listing my house for sale. The wood flooring had water damage, gouged or missing pieces, and surface damage. I had numerous flooring professionals in for quotes. Robert at Certified Restoration was the only one who said he could repair and refinish the flooring. Others quoted me double the amount to replace the hard wood with vinyl.
