The work was virtually flawless and they had a post construction walkaround in which the few minor issues were corrected. They achieved the promised schedule and finished in a timely period. The on-site supervisor sometimes requested verification on exactly how items should be done. They were very respectful of our property and cleanup was great. I was particularly impressed that the follow up technician notified me that there was an incident in which a ladder marked a window frame. In checking it out, we struggled to find it, and when we did it was a minor rubber smudge that scrubbed off easily. This was particularly impressive as I suspect it is rare for contractors to report construction damage. Great results!!!!!!"
