"Project: Remodeled 2 full bathrooms. Working with Re-Bath of Chicagoland from the beginning of the project to the end was a great experience. We had 2 full bathrooms remodeled. Old vanity, counters, mirrors, toilet, tub, showers, exhaust vent fans, and floor tile were replaced. Wallpaper was removed in one bathroom. All walls and ceilings were painted. I appreciated all the open communications between the staff and ourselves. Scott came to our house to discuss our bathroom remodeling needs. He provided samples for us to choose from. It was great to not have to go somewhere else to see samples. Re-bath worked with the village to get the necessary permits. Once the permits were obtained, Re-bath made my project a priority to get done. Re-Bath also requested to use our garage space to store the material that was needed for the project and to also work in. Kevin came by in the morning and evenings to review progress and answer any questions. Dan handled the project with his co-workers to complete it. Dan worked with the village to handle all of the inspections. Kevin worked with the Plumbers and Electricians that were required to complete the project per the permits. At the end of each day, Dan and Kevin would review the progress of the project and answered any questions that I had. We also discussed what would be done the next day, when, and who would be arriving the next day so that I always know who to expect. The staff made sure that the area in the house and garage were clean at the end of each day. If someone was going to be late, Dan would call and explain the change. Communication each day and throughout the project was excellent. It kept me informed and allowed me to understand each step that was being taken to make sure that the project was completed to my satisfaction. My wife and I are completely happy with how the project turned out. We would both highly recommend Re-Bath of Chicagoland to anyone."
