"I recently hired Ilan Tile to replace the ceiling in my rental propertyĆ¢ s bathroom, which had been damaged by a leak from the upstairs tenants. Ilan responded promptly, showing up on the same day I called to provide a free estimate. The very next day, he removed the old ceiling and installed a new one. On day two, he sanded and painted the newly installed ceiling and even replaced the ceiling lights with brand new ones. What impressed me the most was that Ilan did not require a deposit and did not charge me until the project was completely finished. I was happy to pay him in full for his excellent work. Plus his price was extremely reasonable. Given the quality of his work, his pricing and his professionalism, I will be hiring him to renovate the kitchen in one of my rental properties.
