Ilan Tile

I recently hired Ilan Tile to replace the ceiling in my rental propertyâ s bathroom, which had been damaged by a leak from the upstairs tenants. Ilan responded promptly, showing up on the same day I called to provide a free estimate. The very next day, he removed the old ceiling and installed a new one. On day two, he sanded and painted the newly installed ceiling and even replaced the ceiling lights with brand new ones. What impressed me the most was that Ilan did not require a deposit and did not charge me until the project was completely finished. I was happy to pay him in full for his excellent work. Plus his price was extremely reasonable. Given the quality of his work, his pricing and his professionalism, I will be hiring him to renovate the kitchen in one of my rental properties. I highly recommend Ilan Tile for any renovation needs.

Ilan and his partner were a pleasure to work with. They did a beautiful job on my kitchen backsplash. They were punctual, efficient, and highly professional throughout the job. I highly recommend Ilan Tile.

They came right over. Had everything they needed to get the tile job done right. The job came out great. 100+ sq ft of 12 * 24 tiles. Perfectly squared alignment, perfectly level with zero lippage tile to tile. Cleanup post-work was spot on. They were very neat, very thorough. I have them coming back for more workâ ¦. the bathroom, and to refinish my rosewood floors. Pricing is reasonable. Fast and efficient, they demoâ ed the old floor and installed the new one in 1.5 days flat out. Although not â cheapâ , you get what you pay for and they did a fantastic job.
