They reframed the deck and replaced the deck surface, then replaced a roof beam, part of a soffett, and built up a new roof substructure for a new flat roof. They replaced exterior stairs, and side shingles in a number of impacted areas. It was multiple projects to get our 100 year old porch back in great shape.
