New Image walked us through the whole process so we knew what to expect throughout...from staging materials on the roof to final cleanup. So, it wasn't a surprise to come home and see a crane lifting bundles of shingles onto the roof before tear-off of the old roof had even started. Their crews were courteous and professional, and ensured a clean site upon their departure.
