She answered my questions and scheduled our first home appointment. The technician, Eric, called me 15 minutes before my appointment window to tell me that he would be running a little late within the latter part of the appointment window. I greatly appreciated that call because it allowed me to take care of home projects during the front end of my appointment time frame. The technician, Eric, called me to notify me the time of his arrival time within the latter part of the scheduled time window. After he arrived, I explained to him what our problem was and he provided answers to all my questions. Also, he provided me with a couple of estimates based on my questions.
