The price was clear and very competitive. The project was completed in an organized, timely manner. Steve even went with us to help select the pavers, stones and veneer. "I had 5 other contractors over to inspect my problem that was a section of brick wall on my 1926 house that pulled away. Joe inspected and had knowledge of the condition and how it would be fixed. He and his crew arrived and set to work. They removed the section of brick piece by piece, saving all the pieces to reinstall. I wanted to replace the original brick on my house. They re-set all the brick,repairing the entire section of the house. New window lentals and new stone window sills were installed. Also addressed cracks and missing mortar around the entire house, repointing what was needed. They also repaired front porch brick and chimney stone. The crew worked like a fine oiled machine and cleaned up each evening. Iâ ve never had a contractor that I was so pleased with on all respects. "Came to house immediately to assess the job (remove and replace 3 blocks of walkway concrete with metal mesh, including cleanup and removal of debris). I was told the work would be done the next day, but there were weather issues, and was promised they would do it the day after ... which they did. They showed up promply and got right to work. They clearly had the expertise to do the job, and focused on doing it correctly. The work took most of the day, and they stayed with it to make sure it was completed and correct. Due to unique contour, the ground to the sides needs to be tapered, which is fine as I can do that easily to my liking ... So, I am satisfied with the work."

"We hired Advanced to rip up our old driveway, and put in an expanded asphalt driveway. We also needed a new walkway as the old red bricks were uneven and posed a tripping hazard. James worked with me to ensure the shape of the expanded driveway was exactly what we wanted. The team worked very fast and James was on site throughout the project. Further working with us, they ensured the walkway end was flush with the driveway (avoiding another previous tripping hazard), and worked with me to lay pipe underneath the new walkway so I could extend our in-ground sprinklers and have the option to add electrical. The team put string through and planted flags in the ground marking the ends of the pipes. They even redid the pavers of our front stoop including cutting out and regrouting. Everything looked so great that we hired James 9 months later to come back and install two quarter-circle sitting walls at the ends of our driveway. They even relocated the plants for us. We're the new it house!"
