"I would highly recommend Chief Glass Services of Houston. I have a custom size door with a double pane full length glass in it. The pane was shattered, and I had 2 other companies look at it. The first company quoted me $1500 to replace the glassð ©. The second said that the glass could not be replaced because it was made into the doorð ©. I really did not want to replace the entire door because it is an 8 ft. Wood, custom door that is beautiful. Finally, one last try, I called Chief Glass. They contacted me almost immediately after I sent in my request. Their service tech was very professional and friendly, he listen to my desires to save this door, he looked at it and said that he could not replace the glass exactly as it was, but he could modify it a bit. Once the glass came in, it was installed, the installer was great, and i can not tell how he modified the door, it looked exactly like it had before it was broken!! I was extremely happy with their service, and the biggest surprise was the cost to replace the glass and modify.....$280.00....AMAZING!!!!!! Compare that to the $1500 quoted by the 1st company!!! They also replaced a tension rod in a window. Honest techs, quick response, this company was a pleasure to deal withð ð ð . Thank you!!!"
