"Joe called within a couple hours of my request and offered a quote over the phone. His price was $200 less than two other competitors for the same water softener. My wife and I discussed the price and scheduling then called Joe back. He scheduled an evening install which accommodated our schedules. After a two hour install, our water is soft and the price was not one penny higher than the original quote. Joe gave a tutorial on settings, tested the water then cleaned up. Fantastic."
