The whole project only took about 10 days from free estimate to install, and I had been expecting at least 2 weeks just for shipment - I was very impressed. The price was very reasonable, and Dino's outstanding sense of excellent customer service made it seem even more reasonable. Dino went above and beyond to help me in any way he could - not only did he replace the window, but he also fixed an issue I was having with another window in my basement (for free), AND he even fixed my front screen door as well (also no additional charge!) Zack & Tim arrived the next morning, assessed what needed to be done, checked the type of Siding I needed, returned with the new Siding and replaced them. All completed within an hour. Wow!! "Although it was a single window replacement, it was not an easy job. I had a Bay Window that was not properly installed and it was slowly deteriorating. I have been watching the window for three or four years and last year the water damage could be seen from inside, that is when I knew it should be replaced. I had them replace the Bay Window with a very large Picture Window. I was very happy with their service from the consultation to the installation. I would use them again."
