"Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. Extremely thorough explanation of the work to be performed and happily answers all questions and concerns. Very neat and clean, wore shoe covers as to not mess the house. Complex natural gas repiping and new shutoff valve installed. Everything looks and works great and thoroughly tested. Area was cleaned and no mess was remaining. I have used Gerald for several other projects including replacing toilets, faucets, outdoor gas grill service, garden watering systems.
