"Terrie C. I had 3 other estimates from April thru August 2023. Took a lot of time to decide. Once Arthur came to me in September 2023 and gave an estimate and addressed all my concerns, I felt so comfortable in communicating with him. I signed with him, that very day. I had 12 under the counter small lower drawer, he enlarged them to 6 drawers that gave me more drawer space. Took my corner desk out in the kitchen and extended the countertops and added drawers and I added a wine fridge. I have under the cabinet lighting that he forget to add in the contract and he hand wrote it the contract. My other estimates I got from other contractors said it takes them 6 hours to adjust their prior contract estimates and one of them was for under cabinet lighting. I didnâ t feel nickled and dimed when simple things like more shelves i wanted to add. Instead of modifying my cabinet to accommodate too low of a microwave he suggested getting a slimmer microwave that had same dimensions as my old microwave that was too low to the gas stove. He made many suggestions to my concerns that I really appreciated. Also, I would like to add professionalism to the Best of Remodel, I was only allowed to chose 3 qualities. I had All Organized install roll out shelves in my kitchen before Best of Remodel started, even All Organized couldnâ t suggest â hidden hingesâ and told me I shouldâ ve had done the roll outs after the kitchen remodel. Arthur was able to install the hidden hinges on all my cabinets. So cool, Iâ m going to have the Best of Remodel do my master bath in 2024. He extended my center island countertops and installed 2 waterfalls down my cabinets, the other estimates I got beforehand said it was too expensive. Enclosed is a picture of a Before and After"
