"Renewal by Andersen put in four doors and installed more than 15 windows this weekend (2022). Specifically, double-hung windows, casement windows, gliding and picture windows. The installers were Mark Svenson and Coltin Giles. Both did a terrific job, they were very efficient and clean with their work. They also cleaned up afterwards. Both were very professional. Renewal and Andersen should be very proud of the work they do. As a customer, I am very pleased. In fact, I will be contracting with Renewal by Andersen in a few months to install another door and 5 more casement windows. I will ask that the work be performed by Mark Svenson & Coltin Giles again. Additionally, a year later I had a large sliding glass door and two large windows added to the house. All were, again, Andersen. We are still pleased with the results. Additional Comments (Oct, 2023): A couple years later, I asked Renewal by Andersen to come out for two repairs: A cracked window and a sticky door jam. They scheduled a response immediately and, as soon as the replacement window was prepared, their service tech drove out to my remote town. The employee, Rick Torres, provided text mssgs as to his E.T.A. and, sure enough, he arrived on time and was ready to work. Mr. Torres had all the necessary tools and covered his feet before entering. He worked efficiently and professionally and had a great attitude. He identified areas that could be improved beyond what I had observed earlier. He made the current repairs and I look forward to him returning to work on the additional areas, the framing that he feels could be improved."

"We are extremely pleased with Brandon with Fresh Start Home Exteriors and the two roofers/gutter specialists who arrived right on time! Brandon is the optimum professional to call for any roof/gutter problems! From start to finish, Brandon listened to the problem where we needed a new gutter installed above our long country porch, arranged a day and time for specialists to come and kept me abreast of the timeline through phone calls and texts. This man is on the ball and a consummate professional! It was a difficult task because of the position of our water spigot down below. Brandon said it was an “easy fix” and we had asked several contractors to remedy it for the past 20 years. We had paid for roofers to replace the wood above the porch’s roof last year due to water damage from the water not draining on the left side. The two specialists, who were efficient, courteous and hard working, cleaned out the full gutter, drained all the water that had accumulated and inserted a new gutter that drained the water away from the house. "From the beginning to the end of the project we were very happy with Reve. Their sales consultants Paul & Wyatt were very knowledgeable, informative & friendly. We had originally called reference a leak but after they did a complete & thorough inspection found the whole roof needed to be replaced. After hearing our options, that were explained very well by Paul, we decided on Reve on the spot. In less than a week we had the materials delivered & the roof was completed in one day. The installation crew was fast & did a great job cleaning up around the house. Only a minor amount of debris was left after the dumpster was removed. The supervisor who came out to check on the job was a thorough as the rest of the Reve personnel. He spent quite a bit of time checking the roof & made some minor repairs on some little things that had been missed. Overall we are very happy with Reve & would recommend them to anyone."

"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."
