"I bought a fixer upper a couple months back with a leaky basement and moldy smell. After receiving a quote from a competitor that left me feeling a little uneasy. I contacted Rob based on the stunning reviews found on HomeAdvisor. After reading reviews one after the other about how happy people were, I wanted his opinion and expertise regarding my situation. Rob responded immediately, and came by my house the following Saturday morning even though he was going away for the weekend with his wife to celebrate their 30th Wedding Anniversary. He didn't want me to have to wait a week before he would have a chance to swing by. He was not only prompt, but he took the time to explain the process as well as discuss some other things I have going on in my house. His knowledge is astounding in all areas of building and remodeling. Rob assured me that the "smell" in my basement would no longer be an issue, nor would the water. He arrived with his 3 boys to do the job and I must say watching all them work together and interact with each other the way they did spoke volumes to me. A family doesn't get that way by accident...that just tells you the type of character that Rob has, and the kind of person that his wife must be.
