"Bennie was the first to call, as soon as I looked on HomeAdvisor.com and IMMEDIATELY made a trip to my house to inspect my water heater, even though it was not an emergency situation. He followed up with me a few minutes later and offered to pick up the new heater that night. He was very patient with all my questions and very informative, as far as my options. I did some comparison shopping with Lowe's, Home Depot and another plumber and found Bennie to be the most helpful and reasonable. Not only that, while he was here, he informed me of a leak in the water line that I had not noticed. That explains the exponential increase in my recent water bills!
