"I received 4 quotes to replace my system and ultimately settled on SoCal Climate. I found their technician (Reece) knowledgeable and friendly. Most of all - no pressure. Thank you for that. But what I really want to share with you is the rest of the experience AFTER the bid. The bid is the easy part. These guys are fantastic. I think I happened to get lucky with scheduling - we signed on Friday and the install happened on Monday-Wednesday. The crew (Jerry ) were extremely courteous and professional. They wore masks when appropriate, put cloths on the floor. A piece of trim was damaged during install and they had a tech match the paint and make the repair before the job was completed. I am thoroughly impressed with this firm. The equipment is as promised. They communicated every step of the way. The install work was seamless and met my quality inspector husband’s very high standards."
