"I called on a Sunday morning. I purchased a new Ecobee smart thermostat and had trouble wiring it. I really was hoping to get it done immediately, but I was a little apprehensive about if that was possible and also if it would be very expensive. Chris’s called me almost immediately after I posted my request. He came out literally within about an hour. He was really knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The cost was very fair. I can’t imagine anything going better. I absolutely recommend."
