"Nathan is very experienced and knowledgeable. He responds quickly to every text and phone call. He and his crew show up on time, work diligently, are respectful, and focused, and do all the little details like caulking and matching paint. They installed a 5 unit mini-split system and totally completed in 2 days. The price was very good and he even passed on the incentive from the manufacturer. There are always unexpected hiccups in every construction / installation job and there was no complaining, no extra charges, he just handled them quickly and efficiently. "I called on a Sunday morning. I purchased a new Ecobee smart thermostat and had trouble wiring it. I really was hoping to get it done immediately, but I was a little apprehensive about if that was possible and also if it would be very expensive. Chris’s called me almost immediately after I posted my request. He came out literally within about an hour. He was really knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The cost was very fair.
