"From first contact to final payment we were extremely happy with IHI. Paul contacted us the day we submitted our request for a quote. He was very thorough in the estimate & answered all questions. We had made up our minds right after Paul left the estimate but still received quotes from 2 other companies. Paul's professional, no-pressure approach to the estimate was one of the MAIN reasons we chose IHI. The IHI crew was very professional. They kept the job site clean & when they were done with the install you would never had known they were there, except for the new siding! There were quite a few challenges in the install but IHI figured it out & we are MORE THAN happy with the final product. We have an oil tank that is very close to the house but IHI installed behind it & it looks great. There are also quite a few wires that had to be dealt with. The finished project looks very neat & nothing was overlooked. I highly recommend Paul & IHI & will be calling them for future home improvement projects."
