"D&R Improvements did a beautiful job on my bathrooms. David, the owner, was quick to give me an estimate and always responded to my e-mails the same day I sent them, even if it was on a weekend. He scheduled the tile installlation on a Friday and had a plumber come out on a Sunday to reinstall the toilets so that we wouldn't have to spend any extra time without them. Everyone who did work on the house was very professional and nice. They even worked with my three child gates rather than make me take them down. All of this at a very reasonable price. I love my remodeled bathrooms and I highly recommend D&R Improvements!"

From the start, John was thorough in assessing what needed to be done with the deck and was also transparent with pricing. "The business owner, Chase, was very professional in response to my need for remodeling two bathrooms. We reviewed the work to be performed, signed a contract, and the work began within days. Nick, their employee, accompanied us during our purchase of items we wanted installed in each bathroom. This degree of personal involvement exceeded all my expatiations. The work and professionalism by Nick cannot be duplicated. He addressed the project as if our home was his. All issues Nick discovered during the project were quickly corrected to assure the finished project would meet and truthfully exceed our expatiations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of personal service. Lastly, a separate project arose during this remodeling. This project had nothing to do with the original project. Chase handled the matter, the repair, (shed roof) was completed in one day. Exceptional people who treat you like family."

"Echoing other satisfied customers of Oscar's company, we too are extremely satisfied with their reconstruction of our 30+ year old slate patio. The job site was not particularly easy to access, but the crew handled it all with aplomb. Oscar and Douglas were readily available to answer any questions we had, and volunteered many points of information as the work was in process. The individual that performed the final re-installation of the slate tiles did so by himself, and his work in particular was impeccable. Also, his cleanup of the job site once the work was completed was exceptionally well done."

"I found Phil via HomeAdvisor and requested a quote for a project we had. Within minutes of requesting a quote, Phil called me and set up an in-person consult! We had an interesting situation where the previous owners built a 'patio' that was out of code and needed immediate removal. Phil worked hard to get us an extremely reasonable price for removal and an exceptional price for building a composite deck from scratch. My husband and I greatly appreciated how he could give us a quote on the spot and allow us to play around with the number for each square foot to create the perfect deck for our needs. He is beyond responsive and patient. He worked quickly to have permits and HOA documents ready to us much faster than anticipated! We cannot say enough great things about Phil and his Crew! Removal was smooth and well thought out. The man working the excavator was very sweet and allowed my little one to get up close to the equipment before starting, often times waving to him in the window while he worked! The crew who built the deck are true craftsmen! Jeremiah takes great pride in his work and it shows. They worked tirelessly to ensure every measurement was perfect and that the end product was exactly what we were looking for. They were courteous to us, our property, our dog, and my family. Again, my little one was intent on watching all the fun through the window. They took the time to stop, smile and wave to him any chance they could! Warmed my heart and made him happy. At the end of the day, our expectations were exceeded. The deck is stunning beyond belief. We have enjoyed it multiple nights in a row, taking in its beautiful details. It has really brought our home together and without a doubt it will become our favorite portion of the home to enjoy. We are thankful to Phil and his crew for taking a aggravating situation and helping us turn it into beautiful enjoyment. 10/10 would (and will) recommend to anyone looking! "95 was one of three companies I quoted for a driveway replacement project. Their representative, Tim, was the first to contact me. Tim is truly a subject matter expert. He understood the assignment and made solid recommendations, even filling gaps in my own creativity for how I thought the final product should look. 45 minutes after meeting with me at the house, Tim emailed an itemized quote with 95's bid and then called to go over it with us. He didn't know it, but he had set the precedent for how I expected all the bidding companies to go about their pitch. After a couple more bids came in from other vendors, 95's price point landed in the middle of the pack. Despite having the option to save money with another vendor, Tim's enthusiasm, competence in his work, and our sense of his genuineness caused us to go with 95.
