The sales associate Rich Thomas was a really nice guy who explained to us all our options without using any kind of pressure tactics. We signed a contract and later had to cancel it due to personal reasons. Even after that the office staff Susan Harris was really pleasant and agreed to refund our deposit without any hassle. It was definitely a refreshing experience to deal with such pleasant and helpful staff through out the company which is a rare thing these days when most companies are out to just get your money. This is definitely an indication of the good character and integrity of the company, its owner, and its staff.
