"I had 4 contractors come out to the house to give us quotes and each one did the same thing. Walk around, take measurements, put it on paper and give you a price. This was what made DanDale different from everyone else. Jordan the owner took the time and introduced himself, his company, his employees that work for him and what to expect. "Bobby Rose is a pleasure to work with. Always explains what he can do and why, and provides any number of options which might work, which is what sold me on them to begin with. My project started with replacing a main rear deck entrance door and frame, which was rotting again after only 4-5 years (Virginia's climate change impact, folks). Bobby had several ideas on transferring rain water away from the doorway and interior tile, and I wanted something that was going to last, knowing that we're only going to get wetter and wetter in coming years. With a vinyl frame and several tricks he had with the doorstep and overhang, and adding a storm door in front, I feel like our problems have been eliminated. Cost was fair and I feel workmanship was top quality. Bobby also installed new shutter locks on our 18 year old front shutters on the siding at a very reasonable price. We'll need new siding in a few years, but this inexpensive repair was Bobby's idea and will buy us time to decide on other things we might do, as several of the old weathered shutters were beginning to hang from their borings. This project further expanded to include new door handles and locks throughout our 3-level home. Mr. Rose knows his locks and doors and uses only the best, those that he has tried and trusts over his years of experience. I'm once again very pleased with the cost and quality of workmanship!"
