"Hired VIP Flooring for a project in my residence, removing wall to wall carpet from 3 rooms, when removed we discovered that there were previous hardwood flooring underneath, they advices not to refinish it and to remove it, as it was extremely bad from the previous owner who pored self leavening cement on top, VIP fixed the damage done from the previous owner and installed the new hardwood , The project was top notch. "We decided that our bathroom needed to have the existing tile removed and replaced with something more modern. Sayed provided a detailed quote with a reasonable price for each work component. He showed up on time on the day we agreed. His first action was to tape down protective paper from the entry door, hallway, stairs, to the bathroom. This, in itself, was a refreshing change from other workers (e.g., painters) we have hired in the past. At the start of the project, we agreed that Sayed would provide the materials for a given price. Even so, he made multiple trips to our house to show samples of the wall and floor tiles. The work performed was excellent and, for an agreed price several extras were done including the careful removal (and later reinstallation) of the existing custom-made vanity that had been integrated into the old tiles.
