He likewise pointed out a deficiency that the previous service inspector neglected to point out. "OverAll" pricing was quite fair and I considered their overall experience to be quite reliable."

"Called the company at 4:00am. Person on night duty called me back within 10 minutes. Gave me a arrival time of 45 minutes to an hour. Arrived in 45 minutes at 5:00am. Fixed the problem and went away. Service charge $125. I believe this is a charge for emergency service. Charge for replacing thermocouple : $147.50 The charge for replacing thermocouple if very reasonable. I can live with the service charge for an emergency situation."
