"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

"Vincent was first contractor to reach out to me regarding installation of a door where one never existed. I also had couple other companies come out but Vincent was the perfect man for the job. We texted and talked for about a week to get everything sorted out. He started work on Wednesday and by Thursday evening our door was installed perfect. He did drywall work to make door secure and you can not tell at all. P&V will be my go to company from now on. Thank you P&V."

"I called Hector because I needed a second story loft/bedroom closed in on a house we closed on that day (yesterday) as it was to be our young children's room and its a matter of safety - we couldn't move in until it was complete. He came by (even though it was after 6pm), gave me a price, and was able to come in the next morning to get started bright and early. He and his team completed the wall on time and did a great job. He took photos of the work to update me while I was at work, which was reassuring. I'd definitely hire him again."
