"Over the past few years, our roof had been slowly showing wear and wind had cause a little damage each year to the point that over the past 4 ort 5 years several shingles had been replaced by ourselves. When we were looking for roofing contractors to replace the roof, this was the only Company that had us contact our insurance company to see if they would cover at least part of the damage that was cause by wind over the years. They even came out the day the insurance adjuster came to show him the damage he was seeing. This was also the only company that check the vents in the soffits to make sure that there was actual breathing space for venting and not just there for cosmetic purposes (covering up the previous wood soffit). I feel they went above and beyond what we expected out of a roofing company. Oh and by the way - their prices were very reasonable. Completely satisfied!"

We reached out to them, not the other way around. Thankfully, Tall Pines wasn't pushy or insistent, but informative. Some of our neighbors went with out of state contractors, while Tall Pines is local. Due to being local, Matt was able to get to our roof quickly. Which was fantastic since we started getting a leak in the bathroom! Many of the neighbors that went with the out of state company are still waiting for any work to get started.
