"I received 4 bids for a water heater replacement from Angi contractors. They were all over the place with one being twice as much as the bid from Water Heater Services. Another was slightly lower, but the Virginia business license was inactive when I did my due diligence. I was able to arrange a day the next week when I could get the water shut off and a freight elevator was available. Ken, the technician, was running a little late due to traffic, so he called to give me a heads up, but he arrived only 20 minutes past my appointment time. It turned out that he had to drill another drain hole to get the old tank emptied due to a sediment clog. He did a great job installing the new water heater and making sure everything was done according to code and the water was heating up. Hauled away the old water heater and cleaned up the area from the mess caused when he drilled the extra hole in the old water heater. He didn't charge me extra for the unexpected difficulty and time. I would recommend Water Heater Services to anyone needing to replace a water heater, as the price is reasonable and the job is done right and cheerfully."
