"Usually use Cropp Metcalph, but sick of delays and rude servicemen. Sam is great. Contacted me right away and is very nice and easy to talk to. Came out that day for my desperate AC problem. Unfortunately needed to replace our 30 year old heat pump. Spent lots of time going over our needs and the systems that are offered now. Sam has lot of knowledge that he will spend time sharing to ensure you are comfortable with the product. Did not hesitate to hire him to replace our heat pump. During a very busy heat wave, he had us back with cool air in less than 48 hours. Sam even offered window AC units that we could use for our bedrooms if we needed. Very nice guy who does good work. Won't hesitate to call him for our heat pump. No more Cropp Metcalph."
