He was super adaptable allowing me to add on jobs as we went along. He installed two ceiling fans, replaced bathroom light fixtures, caulked the bathtub and kitchen sink and other jobs. "We hired King General Contracting to replace two exterior exhaust vents located on the 3rd floor which were destroyed by nesting birds. Oscar responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time, giving me a 30 minute heads up he was on his way. He did an excellent job installing the new vents which required some modification to work with our siding. Oscar was extremely pleasant to work with and his price was very reasonable. I will definitely hire him for future projects."
