"After talking to several contractors about my entire kitchen remodeling project, design for a new half bath, and wood floor installation, I chose Rick Fishman of Luxe Development, LLC and Iâ m so glad he agreed to do the work. When Rick and I met, he walked me through the process and was a good coach when I had questions regarding design issues, etc. He gave me a reasonable quote and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He is an excellent communicator and replies promptly to texts, phone and email messages. Rick also provided excellent sub-contractors who did professional and dependable work. I had a very dated, dark, small kitchen area with little cupboard or counter space. With the help of his kitchen design team (who were very patient with me) I now have lovely new quartz countertops/backsplash, an awesome island, super lighting and cabinets in addition to appliances that make being in this well-designed space a pleasure. Finally, the wood flooring project was a big task. Wall to wall carpeting was removed in the great room and kitchen tile was removed; both were replaced with a beautiful oak floor. Rick also designed a half bath that was needed and it turned out great. In summary, Rick and his crew did wonderful work and I will contact them again for future improvements."

"We are very pleased with our custom bathroom remodel that was completed by ceramic surfaces. They did an excellent job from start to finish. We were undecided about a few things & Carl was very knowledgeable & gave several suggestions/ideas to choose from. They were prompt, courteous, understanding, and very reasonably priced. "5 doors were replaced; each of them had their own problems( adjacent ceiling had fallen and the inside heating duct was raised so that the door could open smoothly, molding in several doors was broken or had holes and each was fixed to look like new, the colors of the doors and hardware was matched.) There was no additional charge for these adjustments or plastering of 3 additional ceiling and wall cracks/ holes in the plasterboard. A sliding door that had come off the track when it was removed and bent to install a new tub in the extended bathroom was fixed. Molding was replaced to make the extended bathroom look like it had always been that size. Dining room chairs that were in pieces were matched and put together to make the original set of 8 complete. Joseph came early on the 2 agreed upon dates, stayed late- sometimes without a lunch break and cleaned up the garage where he planed the wood. He was congenial to me and my family and we look forward to him doing future work outside"
