"I was in need of a contractor to do some work in one of my rental condominiums that I was preparing to put on the market. Bob and his crew did extensive renovation work of my rental condominium on the Gold Coast in Lakewood. All rooms were renovated with limited work done in the bathroom. Excellent work and great attention to detail. I have other rental condominiums that I will absolutely use Great Lakes Painting and Construction to renovate. Working with Bob and his crew was great, hard workers and they took pride in their work. I will absolutely use them to do work in my home."

"We had a inground pool installed this past year by Chad Zaber construction The planning, the workmanship and finished product were nothing short of outstanding. All deadlines were met or exceeded, which is a very rare thing to happen in todayâ  s world with a shortage of labor. Chad laid out a plan, communicated the plan and delivered. I would highly recommend Zaber construction for any inground pool or any other construction projects that he does. Chad is a rarity in todayâ  s unstable contractor world. Also the follow up throughout the summer and through the closing on the pool was outstanding. Chad had great follow up and answers any questions that we needed throughout the season. "Lakeview Granite and Quartz completed a granite installation in our kitchen. They were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We were provided with a large variety of stone to choose from. The installers worked quickly and were extremely professional. Without hesitation, we will use Lakeview for future home projects."

"5 doors were replaced; each of them had their own problems( adjacent ceiling had fallen and the inside heating duct was raised so that the door could open smoothly, molding in several doors was broken or had holes and each was fixed to look like new, the colors of the doors and hardware was matched.) There was no additional charge for these adjustments or plastering of 3 additional ceiling and wall cracks/ holes in the plasterboard. A sliding door that had come off the track when it was removed and bent to install a new tub in the extended bathroom was fixed. Molding was replaced to make the extended bathroom look like it had always been that size. Dining room chairs that were in pieces were matched and put together to make the original set of 8 complete. Joseph came early on the 2 agreed upon dates, stayed late- sometimes without a lunch break and cleaned up the garage where he planed the wood. He was congenial to me and my family and we look forward to him doing future work outside"
