"Pleased with the work Jeff performed at my house. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, provided suggestions on approach to fixing my water heater, and was on arrival within 24 hours. He provided options without pushing for the most expensive repair option (which was to replace the whole unit). Onsite he fixed my unit quickly meanwhile opened up to educate me my system and common troubleshooting tactics. Really appreciated that. He asked for feedback on onsite (appreciated) and walked with handshake. He performed honest work. Highly recommend Jeff. ALSO, his pricing/cost is very reasonable compared to the alternative service providers scoped out before he arrived--Not too low, and not too high. He was literally in the middle. Great work Jeff."

"After the dreaded heater shut down, I called Air Plus Mechanical and Mike was there within 2 hours. Slightly over an hour later we were up and running. We also discussed uneven heating in my 55 year old home. Mike made an adjustment and the sytem was working much better. Two days later both Mike & Tim stopped by to review my system, including a thorough evaluation of the duct work. They provided several suggestions to try to improve my existing system and DID NOT try to sell me a new unit. Their approach of trying to maximaize my existing system and minimize my cost was amazing. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and the typical response is "you need a new system". Mike & Tim are a throw back and were here to help the consumer and I would rate them 5 Plus stars."

"Haller removed an old ac system and replaced it with a heat pump. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. Looking forward to see how it performs next fall and winter."
