He checked the furnace for any issues and didn't try to push any extra services. I did ask a bunch of questions and he answered them patiently! "Prompt same day service!!!! Was called immediately and able to set up appointment. He (think his name is Keith) showed up AFTER his other job was done on a Friday evening ... when most people can't be bothered and callnit *Quits* for rhe weekend. He took his time to explain things, was helpful and did not try to squeeze every last penny. There is a small fee ($39) for the 1st visit, but definitely worth it. It gets credited back when the job is done by them. I dont think it is wrong, given the travel time and duration spent at the home. I received a quote for some other work as well and will have them do those jobs in the future. Highly recommend!!!!"

"Palatial Pools installed a large in-ground pool and spa for me back in 2007. I did not want to see or hear the equipment, so they installed that about one hundred feet away in a "hidden" location. Douglas Vunk was my main contact for this project and he and his crew did a great job with everything. Since initial installation, I have used Palatial Pools as my regular cleaning and maintenance company. Douglas is always on time for scheduled services. He also has provided me with a prompt emergency service once, and is flexile with his scheduling when the scheduled service date does not work for me. Douglas is a very knowledgeable and technical Professional, but has the ability to explain everything in terms that I can understand. I have recommended Palatial to friends and colleagues, and will continue to use Palatial and Douglas Vonk as my Pool Technician."
