"Arrived on time for both estimate appointment and installation. Santo was not on site initially. Workers performed installation of gutters and in preparation of downspout location Santo arrived to review progress and noticed one of the slots was not cut in proper position as agreed for downspout positioning. He reviewed with me the issue, wasn't noticeable to me, I left him to work with it. He had workers remove gutter and replace with new section, about 50 ft. I noticed what he was having them do and suggested that it wasn't too far out could potentially handle with a bend. He told me he wanted it to be "Right". Still did not go over estimate provided! Very pleased with the job!"
