"Rob and his guys were awesome. I purchased my carpet and padding and was having a difficult time finding someone to install. I got the run around from other highly recommended contractors. Rob was great and hooked me up. Night before his guys were to come, I went to pick up the custom padding I ordered and the place I ordered it from advised me they could not find my order. Now I know it was delivered there as they told me it was but then they could not find it. So I had no padding. I contacted Rob at 7pm and he said no problem, I have what you need. He is a saint. His guys where there when they said they would be and were in an out in no time. They cleaned up and took all left over debris with them. The carpet came out great and Rob really knows what it means to provide customer service. Something that in this day and age is lacking. Thank you Rob. I will be using his services again and will recommend him and his guys to everyone."
