"Nice guy. Friendly, on time, tried to help us fix our washer. Unfortunately it is not salvageable (we were aware this could be the issue, needed a pro to confirm.) Offered to come out again within 30 days if we had any further issues with an appliance since he didn't actually diagnose/repair the washer. Thankfully we haven't seen the same issues which warranted the call, so I would call it a win-win situation. Would hire again."
