He was attentive to our needs to both eradicate the bugs from the home and do so in a way that did not poison my pets, other living creatures that inhabit my organic food garden, and me by extension. The price was in line with their competitors, but they offered a two year guarantee, rather than the standard one year. The home structure had to be drilled into and the chemicals shot into the walls. They drilled the exterior completely around and did the inside walls as well. They were great about finding ways to avoid drilling newly plastered and painted walls. They patched all of the exterior stucco. The interior wall openings were left open as I am also rewiring the home and planned to re-plaster the walls when all of this repair work is done anyway. Jesus and Thomas did most of the work and were respectful of the home and toward me in doing the work. Alex was good to his word about spending half day to make sure everyone was one the same page as to precisely what was to be done and where. I am please with the service I received and would recommend them highly."
