"We had a good experience with New Look Home Remodel. They did a beautiful job remodeling our kitchen. Luke met with us to go over what we wanted and put together a computerized picture diagram of what our new kitchen would look like. Very helpful. We liked the selection of cabinets, counter and backsplash he offered us. The remodeling was completed in five weeks which is what he said it would take. He was very responsive when we called or texted with questions. The only complaint I have is that there were additional expenses he didn't tell us about upfront. His quote did not include the fee for the permit ($544.00). In addition, after the kitchen was gutted we discovered that some of the plumbing behind the sink was corroded and needed to be replaced ($1,100.00). I thought his quote was going to be all inclusive but we wound up having to pay a little more. Still, his price was fair and we would use him again if we decide to remodel our bathroom."

"Emil is very good about communicating and answering and questions I had. He’s punctual for the estimate visit and for each day he has worked. He gave a quote in writing and then updated as I saw a few other things which needed to be done. He carries very good insurance and workers comp. He works very hard, not one minute wasted. Great about troubleshooting the inevitable stuff that comes up. He also cleaned up each day after working and during work the area was well organized and there was order amongst the chaos of construction. Planning to have him do another larger project that I have coming up this Fall provided our schedules match. I’d recommend him to anyone."
