"We did an extensive search through Home Advisor for a company to rebuild our 23 year old deck. Mandi was the first to respond and had after carefully listening to our needs and wants, the best design and best customer reviews. Their projected price was the the final selling point. We trusted their pricing because they did an in depth analysis of what we had and determined that the sub structure would NOT need demolition and replacement because it was made with quality pressure treated wood and it was in good shape. Several other contractors insisted (without really examining the sub structure) that we would need a full rebuild at a price that was more than double the price Mandi offered. Plus, one contractor offered a price using an inferior decking product that was triple Mandi's design. When we agreed to their design, the demolition started on right on schedule. The work was neat, and respected the landscaping and plants. The crew worked three days as stated in the contract and the job was completed on time, the demolition debris removed, the grounds swept clean and the deck was cleaned and washed! My wife described the results as "amazing" - believe me, she is very critical and hard to impress. I have to agree, the job exceeded all expectations. How good is this company? We already have hired Mandi to do three more projects that our house need doing and I already know the work will be done professionally. I highly recommend this family-owned company.
